Description

Nos. 13 and 14 on The Fairland are a pair of mid-19th century houses made of red brick. They feature a new tiled roof with gabled ends and overhanging eaves. The buildings are two storeys high and have four sash windows with glazing bars. Each house has a doorway on the left and right, both with rectangular fanlights and panelled doors, and all openings have flat rubbed brick arches. A central brick chimney stack is present. At the end of the garden, there is a detached outbuilding that is long and low, constructed of flint with a steep gable-ended pantile roof.
