Description

No. 8 Bond Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features a roughcast front with flint and brick on the end wall. The roof is low-pitched, gable-ended, and covered with pantiles, complete with overhanging eaves. The building has two storeys. On the first floor, there are two widely spaced elliptical-headed sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has a right-sided elliptical-headed fixed-light window with intersecting glazing bars. The central doorway is moulded and round-headed, originally with a drip mould, but it has been converted into a window. To the left, there is a small modern shop front.
