Description
Nos. 2A, 2, and 4 Bond Street are three houses dating from the 17th century, which have been refronted in 18th century red brick. They feature a steep pantile roof that is hipped at one end and gabled at the other. The buildings have brick dentil eaves and stand two storeys high. There are five widely spaced windows, primarily three-light casements with glazing bars, while the ground floor includes three sash windows, two of which also have glazing bars. There are three glazed doors from the 19th century. No. 4 has a rough-rendered front and a splayed corner facing Church Street. The rear of the buildings is plastered, with some exposed timber framing.
