Description
Blair House is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of painted brick and features a parapet. The front elevation has two storeys and three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. A 20th-century doorcase is positioned slightly to the right, containing a rectangular fanlight with radial glazing bars and a panelled door. A 20th-century sash window with side lights is located on the left-hand side. The rear of the house is three storeys high and likely dates to the 18th century, featuring roughcast render and a gable-ended pantile roof. A garden wall runs along the rear boundary, fronting Chapel Street. The property is of group value.
