Description

This is an outbuilding located immediately east of Number 21, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features red brick end walls and a weatherboarded front, topped with a pantile roof that has a coped gable end. The building is two storeys high. On the first floor, there are two large three-light windows with vertical closely spaced glazed bars, along with a central loft door between them. The ground floor has two windows, one with two lights and the other with three lights, both also featuring closely spaced glazing bars, and there are double doors to the left. The original function of the building is uncertain, but it was likely used as a workshop. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the surrounding structures.
