Description

The outbuilding at Number 1, located on Seagrave Road in Thrussington, is a Grade II listed structure that dates back to the 18th century. Originally a coach house, it is constructed of red brick with a stone and granite rubble stone plinth, topped with a pantile roof that features a brick stack at the truncated right end. The building has brick coped gables and consists of two storeys, with a three-light casement window above a blocked door and another three-light window within a blocked carriage arch. There is a lean-to on the right end, and a wall projects from the left end. This outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value with other nearby structures.
