Description

The War Memorial in Thrussington, dating from around 1920, is made of granite. It stands approximately 3 meters high on a stepped square plinth, featuring a pedestal designed like a Roman funerary monument. At the top, it is surmounted by a tapering obelisk that is pointed at its summit. The front of the pedestal displays an inscription that lists the names of those who fell in both World Wars.
