Description
No 7 Cavendish Avenue is a detached house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof that extends to the eaves. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a width of three windows. The ground floor is finished with channelled stucco, and there is a projecting Doric porch on the right side, which includes a triglyph frieze. The windows are square-headed with gauged heads, and they are sash windows with most of the glazing bars still intact. A rich modillion cornice adorns the top of the house.
