The building is three storeys high with a basement, and is arranged with three bays, plus an additional single-storey entrance bay to the left. Steps lead to a Doric porch featuring a metope and triglyph frieze and a mutule cornice. The entrance features double panelled doors with an overlight. The windows are four-pane sashes with glazing bars, set within flat gauged brick arches. A sill band runs along the first floor. The roof is hipped, with overhanging eaves supported by modillions.
