House, dating from the mid-19th century. The house is constructed of yellow brick, with a channelled stucco finish to the ground floor and stucco dressings. It has a Welsh slate roof. The building is three storeys high with a basement, featuring three bays, plus a single-storey entrance bay to the left. A Doric porch with a metope and triglyph frieze and mutule cornice provides access via double panelled doors with an overlight. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and a sill band runs along the first floor. Upper windows are topped by flat, gauged brick arches. The hipped roof has overhanging eaves with modillions.
