Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on Cavendish Avenue in Westminster. It is three storeys high, with a basement, and has three bays, plus a single-storey bay to the left-hand side. The house is built of yellow-brown brick, with a channelled stucco finish to the ground floor and stucco dressings. The roof is covered with Welsh slate. A set of steps leads to the entrance, which is sheltered by a Doric porch featuring a metope and triglyph frieze.
