Description

Bellair is a detached house built around 1830. It features a stucco exterior and a low-pitched hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves. The building is two storeys high with a basement and consists of three bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and there are French windows on the ground floor. An ornate cast iron verandah runs across the front, serving both the ground floor and basement, and has a glazed roof. The entrance is located at the side of the house, and there is a round-headed stair window at the rear. Rendered chimney stacks are positioned over the side walls.
