Description

Primrose Cottage is a 18th-century single cottage located on the north side of The Street in Charmouth. It features stone walls that are roughcast and washed, and has a slate roof with gable ends. The cottage has chimney stacks, with the left-hand gable being rendered and the right-hand gable made of brick. The facade is symmetrical and consists of two storeys with two sash windows that have wooden glazing bars and wooden cills. The front door is centrally located, made of wood with flush-panelling and two glass lights at the top. This building is included for its group value.
