Description
Beech House is an attached house built around 1840. It features stone walls that are rendered and has a slate roof with gable ends and stone gable parapets. There are two rendered brick stacks at the left and right gables. The house is two storeys high and has three windows, which are mainly tripartite sashes, except for the sash window located above the front door. The front door is centrally positioned and made of wood, featuring two long recessed panels and a semicircular fanlight above with glazing bars. The door surround is also wooden, adorned with a reeded motif, square imposts, and dogtooth detailing at the centre. The front area is enclosed by iron railings of the arrow-headed type, which have low urns at the main divisions, and the gate is an original part of the design.
