Description

Charmouth Lodge is a single house built around 1830. It features stone walls that are stuccoed and has an asbestos slate roof that is hipped at both ends. There are two rendered stacks located on the ridge, one on the left and one on the right, positioned in from the hip apexes. The house is two storeys tall and has four windows. The ground floor includes tall French windows with glazing bars, which are set in slightly recessed bays that have segmental heads above them. The first floor has sash windows, also with glazing bars. To the left, there is a one bay extension that is covered by a low hipped roof.
