Description

Carram House is a single villa dating to around 1830, originally known as Clarence Villa. The house has stone walls, which are now stuccoed, and a low pyramidal slate roof. Rendered brick stacks rise from projecting eaves, with two stacks on each side. The house has two storeys and two sash windows with thin glazing bars. The front door is on the right-hand side, featuring four recessed panels, the top two being lights, beneath a moulded wooden architrave. A wooden canopy is supported by cast iron scroll brackets above the door. There are front railings to the street and cast iron gate piers with running foliage and pineapple finials.
