GV II Detached villa, one of three. 1827 by Joseph Wilson. Stone walls stuccoed, with stucco plat-band. Low pyramidal slate roof with projecting modillion eaves. Four brick stacks; two at left hand eaves, two at right hand eaves. Two storeys. Three windows. Square sashes with thin glazing bars. Ground floor with tall French windows with thin glazing bars, set in shallow elliptical-headed recesses. Wooden trelliswork framing the windows, with copper canopies. Front door at centre, wood with six recessed panels and two glass lights. Semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars. Doorway with a reeded pilaster surround with plain imposts and a dropped key over. Door frame itself with similar reeded motifs.

Interior: front rooms with rounded rear walls, and curving doors fitting the arc. Reeded door knobs. Reeded cornices with disc-in-square decoration. Back window with round head and pointed-arch glazing bars.

Iron railings and gate to street, with arrow-heads and urns at divisions, standing on a sleeper wall.
