Description

Springfield is an 18th-century cottage located on the north side of The Street in Mereworth. The cottage is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled half-hipped roof, featuring a central chimney stack and two hipped dormers. It has two storeys and three windows, with iron-front casement windows. The central door is panelled, featuring six cut-away panels and glazing, and is topped by an overlight. A modern gabled porch has been added to the doorway.
