Description

The Malt House is an early 19th-century house constructed of yellow stock brick. It features boxed eaves and a low-pitched hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are fitted with glazing bar sashes in plain rectangular surrounds, except for the window above the door, which has an arched lintel. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with a fanlight, set within a round-headed brick arch. On the west side, there is a rough cast, two-storey canted bay addition. To the east, there is a 19th-century conservatory.
