Description

This is a detached villa dating to around 1830. It is constructed of stucco, with a hipped slate roof extending to the eaves. The house has two storeys plus a basement, and is three windows wide. A flight of steps leads to a centrally located, round-headed entrance with a panelled door. The windows are square-headed, with the ground floor windows set in segmental reveals. Modern casement windows are present. A balcony is located on the ground floor, though the balustrade is missing. Cast iron window guards are fitted to the first floor windows. Modern shutters are present on all windows.
