Description

No. 110 Clifton Hill is a detached house built around 1840. It is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and features a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The house has three storeys and a basement, with a width of two windows. To the right, there is a square-headed entrance that is pilastered, leading to panelled doors. The windows are square-headed, with architraves and sash designs, and the ground floor windows are both pilastered and corniced. The house retains its original glazing bars and is part of the planned layout of Clifton Hill.
