Description
No. 36 Greville Place is a lodge built around 1840. It features a stucco exterior and a slate pitched roof. The building has one bay and consists of one storey, an attic, and a basement. The gabled structure has an entrance to the right, which is set in a four-centred chamfered arch. There is a canted bay window at the ground floor and basement, with square-headed two-light timber mullion and transom casements that have plate glass. The gable includes a trefoil, which is part of the planned scheme for Clifton Hill.
