Description
This is a lodge, dating to around 1840. It is constructed of stucco with a slate pitched roof and has a basement and attic space. The building is one bay wide, with a gabled front and an entrance positioned on the left side, sheltered by a 4-centred chamfered arch. A canted bay window extends across the ground floor and down into the basement, featuring a square-headed, two-light timber mullion and transom casement with plate glass. A trefoil design is incorporated into the gable. The lodge forms an integral part of the Clifton Hill planned development scheme.
