Description
No 102 Clifton Hill is a detached house built around 1840. It is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and features a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The house has three storeys and a basement, with a width of two windows. To the right, there is a square-headed entrance that is pilastered, leading to a panelled door. The windows are square-headed, architraved, and sashed, with those on the ground floor being pilastered and corniced. The glazing bars are also present. This building is part of the planned layout of Clifton Hill.
