Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate pitched roof to eaves. Tudor/"Gothick" style. 2 bays. 2 storeys, attic and basement. Right bay slightly advanced with large gable and inset painted lancet window. Square sided bay window to ground floor. Left bay with projecting gabled porch, 4-centred archway; panelled door. Smaller gable to roofline with trefoil window inset. 3-light windows to right; 2-light to left. Timber mullions and transoms. Casements. One of four matching houses with Nos 106, 105 and 107 and part of Clifton Hill planned layout.
