Description
No. 109 Clifton Hill is a detached house built around 1840. It is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and features a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The house has three storeys and a basement, with a width of two windows. To the left, there is a square-headed entrance that is pilastered, leading to panelled doors. The windows are square-headed, with architraves and sash designs, and the ground floor windows are both pilastered and corniced, featuring glazing bars. This property is part of the planned layout of Clifton Hill.
