Description

This is a detached house dating to around 1840. It is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and has a slate roof that extends to the eaves. The house is three storeys high with a basement, and has a symmetrical facade of two windows. A square-headed, pilastered entrance is located on the right side, featuring a panelled door. The windows are square-headed and have sashes, with those on the ground floor featuring pilasters and cornices. The windows contain glazing bars. The house is part of the planned layout of Clifton Hill and demonstrates group value as a representative example of the area's development.
