Description

This detached house, dating to circa 1840, is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and a slate hipped roof extending to the eaves. The building is three storeys high with a basement, and two windows wide. A square-headed, pilastered entrance is located to the right, leading to panelled doors. The windows are square-headed and architraved, with sashed glazing; those on the ground floor feature pilasters and cornices, and all have glazing bars. The house is part of the planned layout for Clifton Hill.
