Description
No. 64 Clifton Hill is a detached house built around 1850, featuring Gault brick with stucco dressings and a slate pitched roof in the Tudor or "Gothick" style. The house has two bays and is two storeys high, with an attic and basement. The left bay is slightly advanced and includes a large gable with an inset painted lancet window. The ground floor has a square-sided crenellated bay window. The right bay features a projecting gabled porch with a four-centred arch and a panelled door, along with a smaller gable at the roofline that has a trefoil window inset. The windows have architraves, with a three-light window on the left and a two-light window on the right, both featuring timber mullions and transoms, as well as plate glass casements.
