Description

This is a detached house at 5 and 5A Greville Place, dating from the early 19th century and subsequently altered, including a later extension. The exterior is stuccoed, featuring a plain band at the first floor level. The roof is slated, with a slab chimney stack and projecting eaves. The house has two storeys and a basement, with three windows facing the street. A recessed entrance extension has a 20th-century hood over the doorway. The ground floor windows are architraved sashes. The first floor windows are set within architraves that create shallow segmental-arched recesses, each containing a square-headed sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
