Description
This is a house located at 11 Malling Street, dating from the early 19th century. It is finished in stucco, with some areas channelled, and features a wooden cornice with modillions above the eaves, supporting a pantiled roof that has a brick chimney stack on the right side. The building has three storeys and a slightly irregular front with two windows, although there is no window on the second floor to the left. The windows include sashes, with a large casement on the first floor to the right and a tripartite sash on the ground floor to the right. The entrance consists of a panelled door with two upper glazed panels, set within a moulded wooden surround.
