Description
This is a house located at 68 Lower Broad Street, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of stucco with a plain tile roof and features a brick stack on the right front. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a single window range that includes a late 19th-century, three-light casement window with glazing bars. There is also an early 20th-century gable dormer with a two-light casement. To the left, there is a square-headed entrance leading to a passageway, which contains a three-light casement window set in a moulded architrave. The passageway to the rear reveals a brick wall on the right and exposed chamfered ceiling beams, along with a 20th-century entrance to the right rear.
