Description
This is a house located at 58 Lower Broad Street, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a Welsh slate roof, with a brick stack on the left front. The house is two stories tall and features a single-window range with an 8/8 sash window in a broad case, set beneath a soldier arch. The eaves are adorned with brick modillions. The entrance is situated to the right and consists of a 20th-century half-glazed door beneath a moulded flat hood. To the left of the entrance, there is a canted bay window with a combination of 2/2, 8/8, and 2/2 sashes, all under a pentice roof with moulded eaves. The left gable is made of rubble, while the rear elevation is also of rubble and includes a brick stack and a 6/6 sash window in a broad moulded case.
