Description

No. 55 Lower Broad Street is a house dating from the late 17th century. It features a stucco exterior with a Welsh slate roof on the front pitch and plain tiles on the rear. The building is two storeys high and has a single-window range, which includes a 20th-century casement window with glazing bars. The entrance is located to the right and consists of a 20th-century half-glazed door with a pentice hood above it. To the left of the entrance is a canted bay window, also with 20th-century glazing bars and lights. At the rear, there is a wing that is roughcast and has 20th-century windows, along with old tiles on the roof.
