Description
This is a house located at 10 Church Street, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a stucco string course and a moulded cornice. The ground floor and basement display banded rustication. The roof is not visible behind the parapet, and there is a brick stack. The building has a double depth plan, is three storeys tall with a basement, and has a two-window range. There are two entrances on either side of a central window, each with six-panelled doors and fanlights that include glazing bars. The windows are sash windows. On the first floor, there are French windows leading to a balcony adorned with elegant Grecian wrought iron railings featuring a honeysuckle motif. The second floor is low, and the rear of the building is made of brick, with a lower brick wing. There are iron area railings and steps at the front. The interior has not been inspected.
