GV II

House. C16 (VCH), altered and restored between c.1972-1975. Timber framed, with some close studding to jettied first floor, and lath and plaster infill. Old tile roof and brick internal stack. L-plan. Left half of ground floor openend up into passage to rear. 2 entrances inside passage have late C20 doors. Late C20 casements with leaded lights. Single bracket to wall plate. To rear exposed framing and irregular late C20 fenestration. Interior not inspected. (V.C.H.: Warwickshire III, p.11)
