Description

46 Downshire Hill is a detached house dating from the early 19th century, though it has been altered over time. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a hipped, slated roof with projecting eaves. The building has two storeys and originally had two windows, plus a single window from a 20th-century garage extension. The ground floor has been modified, now displaying 20th-century part-glazed doors set in a round-arched shallow recess, with a 20th-century tripartite sash window to the right. The first floor features recessed sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
