Description

No. 1 Keats Grove is an end of terrace villa built in the early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a slated hipped roof with projecting eaves, designed in the Gothick style. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and has a double fronted layout with three windows. A notable feature is the projecting crenellated portico, which includes a pointed doorway adorned with a hoodmould that has mask stops, a radial fanlight, and a panelled door accessed by steps. The windows are recessed casements with hoodmoulds and margin glazing, while the ground floor includes 20th-century cast-iron balconies. The interior has not been inspected.
