Detached villa. Early C19. Stucco. Hipped slated roof with projecting eaves and tall slab chimney-stack. 3 storeys and semi-basement. 2 windows plus 1 window 2 storey recessed entrance extension. Doorway with fluted pilaster jambs carrying cornice-head, patterned fanlight and panelled door approached by steps. Flat bowed bay to ground floor, having casement with margin glazing. 2nd floor, bowed cast-iron bracketed balcony with lattice work and tented canopy to French windows with margin glazing. Recessed casements with margin glazing to 3rd floor. INTERIORS: not inspected.
