Description
No. 5 St Brannocks Road is an end of terrace villa built around 1830. It features a stucco exterior with rusticated quoins and a plain continuous sill band on the first floor. The roof is hipped and slated, with a cornice at the eaves, wide eaves, and a brick stack located at the rear and right-hand end. The building stands two storeys high and has three windows, arranged almost symmetrically across three bays, with the central bay being narrow and slightly projecting. There is a central Doric porch that has a 20th-century door and overlight. The windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, although the bottom sash panes have been removed from the ground floor windows. The property is part of a group with Nos. 5-8 St Brannocks Road. The interior has not been inspected.
