Description
Fern Bank is a terraced cottage dating from the 18th century or early 19th century, with some alterations. It features a roughcast exterior and a slate roof adorned with red ridge tiles. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, along with a two-storey right-hand wing that is set back. The central entrance is framed by a slated gabled porch, which also has red crested ridge tiles. The door is a six-panel design with glazed upper panels and a fanlight above. The windows are 16-pane hornless sashes, except for the one above the entrance, which has 12 panes. The interior has not been inspected. Fern Bank, along with Nos 5-8, forms a group.
