Description
No. 7 St Brannocks Road is a terraced villa built around 1830. It features a stucco exterior with rusticated quoins and a plain sill band on the first floor. The right-hand side is slate-hung. The roof is pitched and slated, with wide eaves projections, a central three-light flat-roofed dormer from the 19th century, and slate-hung end stacks, along with a brick stack on the left-hand end. The building has two storeys, an attic, and a basement. It is almost symmetrical with three bays, where the central bay is narrower and slightly projects. The entrance is marked by a Doric porch that contains a fielded five-panel door and an overlight. The windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. Inside, there are panelled shutters. Nos. 5-8 St Brannocks Road form a group with this property.
