Description

This is a detached villa dating from about 1830. It is stuccoed and has two storeys and four windows. The building features an eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The central front facade incorporates a curved bay window, two windows wide on each floor, with French windows on the ground floor; the original glazing bars are intact. A modern projection has been added to the ground floor at the east end, featuring a balustrade above. At the west end is an original trellised wooden porch with a tent-shaped canopy.
