Description

This is an early to mid-19th century villa of three storeys, built of stucco with a slate roof and wide eaves. It has six windows, each with sash glazing bars and moulded architraves, with a string course at the cill level. The ground floor has four windows. A double-door entrance is set within a carved wooden surround. The group value context recognises the building’s contribution to the character of the area.
