Description

70 Graham Road is an early to mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. The façade features three windows with moulded architraves, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two windows and a square porch that has a cornice and a half-glazed door, topped with a rectangular fanlight. A string course runs along the cills, and the building has a plinth.
