Description

44 Worcester Road is an early to mid 19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco with a slate roof featuring four end stacks and a moulded eaves cornice. The building has reeded pilasters at both ends and on the gable ends, with each pair enclosing a rounded corner. It has three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars and rectangular dripmoulds. The outer windows are longer and have carved bands below them. The outer windows, the centre window, and the door are separated by grooved pilasters. The ground floor features plain windows and an altered doorway that includes a rectangular fanlight and flanking lights.
