Description

This early to mid-19th century building is a two-story stucco house with a hipped slate roof. The ends and the central section project slightly, accentuated by grooved pilasters topped with acanthus capitals. A decorative band runs horizontally between the two floors. The house has two windows, each with a molded surround and a small cornice. The ground floor is rusticated, featuring a single window and a front door, as well as a glazed sun porch supported by cast-iron columns with decorative spandrels. A gabled, glazed porch is located to the right, and a one-story wing with a pentice contains two windows.
