Description

Aucott House is an early to mid 19th century building located on Worcester Road. It stands three storeys tall, constructed of stucco with a hipped slate roof and wide eaves. The ground floor features rusticated detailing. The first and second floors are divided into three bays by fluted pilasters, with bands at the floor levels. The second floor has three casement windows, while the first floor has sash windows set within architraves, featuring glazing bars. The ground floor includes French windows in cambered-headed shallow recesses. The central entrance is an elliptical-headed doorway with a fanlight, accompanied by a wrought-iron trellis porch.
