Description

Upper Hill House is an early to mid-19th century building located on St Ann's Road. It is constructed of stucco and features two storeys and a basement, topped with a hipped slate roof that has wide eaves. The front facade includes two windows and a canted bay, all with hung sashes and glazing bars, across both storeys. The entrance has a doorway with a rectangular fanlight above it. Additionally, there are two windows on the three-storey side elevation.
