Description

No. 3 St Ann's Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick. It features a dentilled brick eaves cornice. The façade has three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, flush frames, square heads on the first floor, and cambered heads on the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a square-headed panelled door topped with a wooden open pediment supported by brackets. To the left, there is an extension with one window.
